Lead Machine ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered lead generation funnels for small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information: email address, business name, password (hashed), notification preferences.
Funnel content: business details, services, location, hours, contact info, logos, and the AI-generated copy that appears on your funnel pages.
Lead data: names, emails, phone numbers, and messages submitted by visitors to your funnels. This data belongs to you and is shown only in your dashboard.
Usage data: page views, form submissions, IP addresses, user agents — used for analytics and spam prevention.
Lead Machine integrates with Google services including Google Search Console, Google Indexing API, Google Places API, and Google Business Profile. When you connect your Google account, we receive only the specific permissions you grant during the OAuth consent flow. We never store your Google password and you can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We use Google Business Profile data only to display reviews on your funnel pages and to provide insights in your dashboard. We do not share this data with third parties.
To provide and improve the Lead Machine service, send you transactional notifications (such as new lead alerts), and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Account and funnel data is retained as long as your account is active. Lead data can be deleted by you at any time from the dashboard. When you cancel your account, all data is deleted within 30 days.
