You have the right to request that Halo Peak Technologies delete all personal information we hold about you. This page describes how to make that request and what happens after.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email account whose data you want deleted, with the subject line "Delete My Data". Include in the body:
The email address, phone number, and full name you used when interacting with us (if different from the sender)
The website(s) where you submitted your information (if known)
The approximate date of your interaction (if known)
Upon verifying your request, we permanently delete:
Your name, email, phone, and any other contact information from our databases
Your lead-form submissions and message content
Any associated IP-address or device fingerprint data
Event data we shared with advertising platforms is also revoked where technically feasible (Meta/Google deletion requests are forwarded to them)
Response Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and others).
What We Cannot Delete
In limited circumstances we may retain some information where required by law, such as:
Financial records for tax and audit compliance
Information needed to comply with a legal subpoena or court order
Anonymized or aggregated analytics data that cannot be re-identified to you
Deletion via Facebook/Meta Login
